All orders will be delivered "without a signature required"
We only ship orders Monday-Thursday. We will not ship if arrival date will fall on a weekend
Products will be shipped via UPS ground or 2-day Air
Shipping costs may vary by time of year and state
In order to ensure delivery by December 25, orders must be received by December 15. Orders after this date are not guaranteed for pre-holiday delivery.
For bulk orders over 40 pounds or 8 cheese boxes, please contact Falcon Foods for exact shipping costs
Remember that individual cheese and cheese boxes are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Falcon Foods is not responsible for products left unrefrigerated
Perishable products from Falcon Foods are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a problem, question, complaint, or claims regarding the damage of an order or receipt of a wrong order, please contact us at falconfoods@uwrf.edu or 715-425-3702 within 48 hours and we would be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
